Brooke grew up in a small town of about 5,000 people in central Massachusetts where she was a waitress at a breakfast restaurant. "I would say that's where I first learned that over-delivery is GOLD. From remembering a coffee order the moment a customer walked in to adding a bow-tie made of whipped cream to 4 year-old regular's Mickey Mouse pancake. It's the little details that make someone come back for more."
Brooke takes the same approach with her marketing agency. While she works together as a team with her clients, she is here to serve you at the highest level possible. She has worked in both startup and corporate environments - all various marketing roles, but has found the most joy in taking a client's current marketing strategy to the next level with the use of funnels.

At the age of14, Greg begins his apprenticeship with a local electrical contractor. Just "putting in his time" at the bottom of the totem pole. He keenly observes how employees are treated and notices that their skillsets are significantly underutilized.
Greg took a leap and obtained a balloon mortgage to purchase his first home early in the year. During the paperwork process, the monthly amount owed appeared overwhelming, leading him to express his concern to those present. Their response was reassuring, "don't worry about it."
Convinced that he could run a business more effectively than his boss, a common belief among those in the trades, he started an LLC the same weekend he was moving into his new home.
What Greg didn't foresee was the market crash that occurred just a few months later, leaving him and his fledgling business in a sticky situation. Struggling to navigate the complexities of starting and sustaining a business while grappling with financial constraints, he found himself keeping his heat at a mere 52 degrees and a fridge with the bare minimum. In the midst of these challenges, Greg couldn't help but think, "There has to be a better way."
After dedicating years to acquiring customers and maintaining a steady workflow, Greg shifted his focus to the backend of his business. Delving into aspects like financials, inefficiencies, marketing, and accounts payable and receivable, he had a revelation: paying close ATTENTION to your business allows it to pay YOU back in return. With this newfound understanding, Greg embarked on a journey of improvement and growth. As a result, over the next few years, he successfully built and expanded his electrical company, achieving six-figure revenues.
Brooke left her corporate job and began brainstorming the idea of TruPros with Greg. The inception of The TruPros Framework had a clear objective: to empower contractors to run their businesses with greater efficiency, ultimately granting them the precious gift of time to savor moments with their families and pursue their hobbies.
